Reliability & Monitoring

Design objectives include RPO of 4 hours and RTO of 24 hours (subject to agreed contract). Multi-AZ AWS deployment with automated failover, daily configuration snapshots, and annual recovery testing.

OpenTelemetry observability covers infrastructure, application performance, centralised logging, synthetic monitoring, and security threat detection.
